Dengue NS3 Protease Inhibitors

Sourav Chatterjee & Rintu Kutum

Screened millions of molecules using ensemble ML and identified promising compounds as potential dengue NS3 protease inhibitors. A lead compound demonstrated significant viral inhibition in experimental validation with IISER Kolkata.

AI-Driven Antibiotic Discovery

Imroze Khan

Discovering antimicrobial peptides from archaic hominin genomes — identified ~10,000 AMPs from 11 lineages including Neanderthal and Denisovan. 178 peptides validated via molecular dynamics, 4 synthesized for in-vitro screening against multidrug-resistant pathogens.

High-Resolution Fire Mapping

Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

L.S. Shashidhara

Profiled 100+ TNBC patients across 9 actionable molecular markers. Presented at EACR 2025 in Lisbon. Clinical data curated from nearly 5,000 breast cancer cases. Key finding: patients with high tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes showed significantly better survival outcomes.

Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)

Presented at ACM ASIACCS 2025 (Hanoi). Research spans post-quantum DNS security protocols, lattice-based cryptographic foundations, and network security analysis.
